Paul transforms the way companies work. A Java developer by training, an Agile coach by vocation, and a tester in his heart, Paul improves our clients’ product ownership and management capabilities, helping them meet the market, improve quality, and create a better working environment.
As a leader in our Agile practice and a member of the CapTech Services Council, he considers himself our “resident disruptor,” continuously seeking opportunities to improve things for our clients and our teams.
Paul was one of CapTech’s first clients and partners, officially joining us some 20 years later. Now, with over two decades of experience merging information technology with product management, marketing, and operations, he is energized about our future, identifying that CapTech is in a singular position to enable our customers and consultants.

Did You Know? /
Paul and his wife are runners and have set a goal of completing marathons in all 50 U.S. states – a feat they’ll likely accomplish in 2024. A longtime athlete, he was on the ski team at UVA, and now, like many other CapTechers, is also a coach. Currently, he advises and guides the Wintergreen Alpine race team of about 100 teenagers. His superpower, he says, is facilitation.
