With 20+ years of experience, Nathan has designed and implemented data solutions for industries ranging from healthcare, insurance, and financial services to manufacturing, oil and gas, and the public sector. He is recognized for driving the success of CapTech's largest and most complex projects through innovative data solutions. “I get excited about being thrown into the unknown,” he admits. “It’s where I thrive.”
A servant leader, Nathan dedicates himself to elevating team members and encouraging them to stretch into new roles. “I get a lot out of talking with our consultants and batting around ideas,” he says, “No matter how full my calendar might appear, I am always open for that.”
Nathan’s enthusiasm for data extends beyond his professional work. He often spends his free time exploring new technologies and processes. “Finding ways to become more efficient is a big motivator for me.”
