In his own words, Jairo is a “delivery person.” He builds and drives projects. He engages in architectural discussions. He works and leads teams. As the senior most member of our systems integration practice in DC, Jairo is hands-on, making sure consultants have everything they need – all with the goal of delivering for our clients.
At work, Jairo is continually energized by solving new problems, learning new technologies, and assembling and working with new teams drawn from CapTechers across the country. He comes to the table “technology agnostic,” always open to finding the tools that are in our clients’ best interests.
Honest and empathetic, Jairo says that at CapTech, everyone can teach and everyone can learn. It’s what makes his job fun.

To relax, Jairo enjoys reading. Ever the learner, he constantly and deliberately varies his book selection. Sometimes, he chooses a book that’s just for fun. Other times, he chooses to tackle a new topic or inform his world view. Still other times, he chooses books in Spanish, to keep him fluent. Jairo also has two teenagers to keep him on his toes. But he’s in no way a soccer fan. Basketball is his sport. Specifically, the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs.
