In their March 2017 issue, Richmond Magazine placed CapTech fifth among 15 companies on their Great Places to Work list. Richmond Magazine worked with the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond and Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Business to analyze survey results and local businesses with 50 or more employees. Richmond Magazine said they selected companies with "strong cultures and robust approaches to attract and retain great employees."
"We are honored to be included in Richmond Magazine's curated list in our hometown of Richmond, Virginia," said Chief Talent Officer Joanna Bergeron. "Our mission is to be the best place to work for and work with. It is energizing to see that our efforts to create a unique environment for creating long-term consulting careers is resonating."

"The workplace is stocked with snacks. There is a cafè with a barista and there's a kegerator, too, at CapTech. 'This resonates with clients,' says Emily Krause, director of marketing. 'We are fun to work with and don't take ourselves too seriously.' Matt Kowtna, a consultant, says he appreciates the "career coach" program where mentors help staff members pursue individual goals while creating a team mentality." – JT
