CapTech to Sponsor the 2017 Children's Hospital Foundation Ball

The 54th Annual Children's Hospital Foundation Ball will take place on the evening of Friday, November 3, 2017. And this year, CapTech will be participating as a Matisse level sponsor. This year's theme, "The Art of Healing," will bring to life past time periods in art history and salute the healing nature of artistic endeavors.

This year's Ball will support two important projects at Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU. The event will dedicate $100,000 to create a Healing Environment at the Virginia Treatment Center for Children (VTCC), and the remaining proceeds will support the ongoing operations of the Children's Hospital Foundation Heart Center.

The Heart Center opened in 2014 with a $28 million commitment from Children's Hospital Foundation (CHF). Working with a full spectrum of specialists in cardiology, anesthesia, surgery, perfusion, pediatrics, nursing, pharmacy, respiratory therapy and others, the CHF Heart Center offers services ranging from fetal cardiology and interventional cardiac catheterization to surgery and transplant. Dr. Thomas Yeh, Director, and his team continue to grow the program which is the only one of its kind in Richmond.
