CapTech Sponsors 12th Annual Charlotte Dragon Boat Race

On May 13, CapTech sponsored a booth at the 12th Annual Charlotte Dragon Boat Race held at Ramsey Creek Park on Lake Norman in Cornelius, NC. Our booth had tons of traffic and we even met a few potential CapTechers! The race is a large part of the annual Asian Festival that celebrates Asian cultures, diversity, ethnicity, roots, and history. An important part of the Chinese traditional calendar, dragon boat racing originated more than 2,300 years ago on the rivers of southern China. This event is a community-based competitive and environmentally friendly event promoting team building and cultural awareness.
