RESTON, VA – February 23, 2017 – Today, Washingtonian recognized CapTech as one of the "2017 Great Places to Work" in the Washington, DC area. In its ninth year, Washingtonian's list spotlights 50 companies, spanning size and industry, focused on generous pay and benefits, interesting and meaningful work, great work/life balance, opportunities to learn and grow, financial stability, commitment to charity and community, and the recognition and respect given to employees. More than 200 companies and 8,000 employee surveys were reviewed and scored in the selection process.

"There is so much energy and excitement behind the culture we have built in our Washington, DC office," says Suzie Turner, Principal. "We employ the industry's best and brightest and every CapTech team member has contributed to our growth and success in this market. We are honored to be recognized as an employer of choice in the DC area."

CapTech differentiated itself by placing a strong focus on work/life balance and long-term career growth for its employees. The "2017 Great Places to Work" designation is the second time the firm has been recognized in the DC market in seven months. In June 2016, the Washington Post named CapTech in their 2016 Top Workplaces. The 50 Great Places to Work were featured in Washingtonian's February 23rd issue.
