RICHMOND, VA (March 24, 2014) – CapTech has been cited in a March 2014 report from Forrester Research, Inc.

Principal Analyst, David Aponovich highlights firms that offer lessons for successful digital experience outcomes in the report entitled: "Five Lessons For Achieving Successful Digital Customer Experience Technology Results".

The report identifies CapTech as the digital partner that is working with US-based gas and electric utility, Dominion to "reorient the company to improve how it delivers digital experience initiatives." Establishing a "unified digital operating model instead of a siloed approach to digital customer experience" is key, said Brian Bischoff, managing director of CapTech, who was quoted in the report.

The report also noted CapTech's involvement with a large US-based cable and Internet service provider that embarked on an initiative to get its new-customer experience "right the first time."

In the report David Aponovich writes that, "In the age of the customer, application development and delivery (AD&D) pros must deliver digital customer experience technology that helps put a smile on the customer's face and drives business growth."

As a leading digital strategy and implementation firm, CapTech's Digital Solutions are leveraging the full spectrum of services that a successful multi-channel strategy requires, from customer-centric visual design and user experience through technical architecture and development.
