We Value Diversity as a Strength

CapTech welcomes all people and strives to be a place of acceptance and belonging. We embrace the rich and diverse backgrounds that make each of us unique — our passions, cultures, perspectives, and identities. We are committed to a culture of belonging, and understanding we do our best work when all voices are included. Different thoughts, opinions, and life experiences do not just benefit our teams — they lead to innovation, creativity, and better results for our clients.

DIB Council

CapTech has an active Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) Council – involving members of our leadership team – that fosters a culture to recruit, develop, and promote a diverse workforce. The Council is committed to empowering all employees to bring their unique ideas, backgrounds, and experiences to each client engagement, and all CapTechers are invited to join.  The Council is comprised of four committees, each focusing on important areas to the firm.

Professional Development

Enhancing career progression and professional development through coaching, mentorship, and leadership programs, as well as Employee Resource Groups, which exist to strengthen a sense of belonging for all CapTechers.

Recruiting Talent

Attracting talent from diverse ethnic, racial, cultural, educational, and talent backgrounds who embody CapTech's core values while being their unique selves.

Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee identity or experience-based groups that help CapTechers build community through a common identity or cause. All CapTech ERGs are open to those who identify as well as allies.

Our ERGs highlight underrepresented groups in our company and society. Through intentional conversation and action, these groups are key to driving and implementing change within our organization.
