Vault.com Ranks CapTech's "Elevate" Internship #2 Best Consulting Internship in the Country

RICHMOND, VA – October 10, 2017 – Vault.com has released their "2018 50 Best Internships" rankings and, for the second consecutive year, CapTech's Elevate internship for college students was ranked #2 for Best Consulting Internship and #8 overall. CapTech's Elevate internship program also ranked in Vault's Top 5 for Quality of Life and Top 10 for Employment Prospects and Compensation & Benefits.

Annually, Vault ranks the highest-rated internship programs across a survey pool of more than 100 corporate internship programs.

Elevate, CapTech's 12-week college internship program, provides undergraduates with a meaningful immersion into the full lifecycle of a typical IT consulting project. The summer program provides exposure to the many roles consultants play in client projects, such as analysis, design, development, and deployment of a tool or solution. Interns work in self-led teams and are paired with experienced consultants for evaluation and mentorship. The internship allows students the opportunity to build something that actually create meaningful value at CapTech.

In addition to hands-on consulting industry experience and exposure to exciting new technologies, the Elevate program features consistent engagement with experienced consultants and senior leadership. CapTech's fun work environment and quality of life are extended into the program with team-building activities such as kickball games, executive lunches, cookouts, and go-karting. This year's interns came from nine premier colleges and universities for Computer Science, including Carnegie Mellon, Columbia, Georgia Tech, and Vanderbilt.

Vault surveyed more than 11,500 current and former interns to compile this year's results.
