CapTech is pleased to announce that it has been named one of 12 professional services firms included by Forrester in their report, "The Forrester WaveTM: Midsize Digital Experience Agencies, Q4 2018" published November 6, 2018.
Forrester's report is designed to help application development and delivery professionals make the right vendor choice. In the report, Forrester said that it identified the 12 most significant midsize vendors based on current offering, strategy, and market presence, pointing out that the best partner often isn't the biggest provider. Forrester evaluated midsize agencies because, for many situations, they bring the best combination of skills, scale, and culture to the project.
In its vendor profile, CapTech was noted for having higher adoption and quality of customer data and technology services. The report also states that "CapTech scored well in strategy factors, including software and cloud partnerships as well as employee experience, where they scored exceptionally well." The report also stated that "clients like CapTech's ability to work onsite as an extension of the internal team as well as its ability to do complex technical projects and respond quickly to problems or changes."
