In the report, Forrester said that digital business professionals at healthcare organizations can look to the professional services firms identified in its report to help improve customer experience, improve care and reduce costs, and drive engagement with digital experiences. Forrester's Now Tech report is designed to help healthcare organizations understand the value they can expect from professional services firms for digital health transformation and select vendors based on size and functionality. The Forrester report stated that digital business professionals should focus on technology services, digital strategy agency, and management consulting firms based on Forrester's analysis of 14 functionality capabilities.
