Elevate Internship Program Makes Forbes 12 Best Internships for 2016 List

We are honored to share that Forbes.com ranked Elevate, CapTech's Summer Internship Program, #4 on their list of 12 Best Internships for 2016. The Forbes list was announced on February 24, 2016 and included the top summer internships for college students across the US. Elevate was ranked 4^th in Vault.com's 50 Best Internships in November 2015.

Elevate is a 12-week paid internship program that aims to provide interns with a full immersion into the life-cycle of a typical IT management consulting engagement. CapTech designed the program to help interns experience the variety of consultant roles that are played in client projects including analysis, design, development and deployment of a solution or tool. Based in the Richmond, VA office, interns work in self-led teams and are mentored by senior consultants and leadership throughout the summer. "Our goal is to give our college interns the opportunity to build something that matters and creates value at CapTech," says Chief Talent Officer Joanna Bergeron. Forbes.com quoted a former intern: "I thought I would want to be strictly a software developer but that changed during this internship. I found that consulting was a good fit for me."
