CapTech's Briana Coleman to Speak on Proposal Management at APMP conference

Briana Coleman of CapTech's Washington DC/Baltimore office will speak at the upcoming Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Bid & Proposal Con in New Orleans. Briana is senior manager for business development operations and proposals at CapTech.
