Three CapTechers will deliver presentations at the June 19-21

ProjectSummit*BusinessAnalystWorld

conference in Washington, D.C.

PS*BAWorld is the largest series of conferences for project managers and business analysts in North America. The conferences feature expert speakers representing every sector, from all reaches of the globe. Jason Snook, PhD, Susan Bullock and Ben Nelson, all of CapTech, will be among the speakers at the June conference. Jason is CapTech's director of customer experience. Susan is CapTech's operation and training lead, and Ben is a senior manager at CapTech.

Jason will lead a June 19 symposium, "The Journey is the Interface - Designing Ecosystems in the Internet of Things." The talk will explore the market forces and design considerations in play as we develop customer ecosystems augmented by the Internet of Things (IoT), drawing together relevant theory with practical activities such as journey mapping and field studies.

Susan and Ben will deliver a June 20 presentation, "Leading Agile at All Levels." The interactive session will guide attendees through an overview of what agile is, why it's important, and how to start the transformation in their organizations.

More about Jason Snook: Jason has a PhD in human-computer interaction from Virginia Tech. He his a Managing Director in the Customer Experience (CX) practice area at CapTech. A self-described "quant," he believes that superior digital experiences hinge on solid research and data. He has more than 15 years of UX/CX experience, helping companies design systems that are easier and more effective for customers and employees. Jason lives in Richmond, VA, with his beautiful wife and wonderful daughter. In his "free time" he is the Missions Pastor at Commonwealth Chapel, serving the poor and hurting in the city he loves.

More about Susan Bullock: With more than 18 years of management consulting experience in agile transformation, coaching, project management, data management, and requirements analysis within global public and private sector organizations, Susan has spent her career helping teams succeed in delivering high-quality software and maximum business value. As an integrator and agile enthusiast, she has coached and led agile and scaled agile teams to successful delivery in the financial, insurance, healthcare, and service industries. She has specialized expertise in SAFe and scrum frameworks, SAP implementations, and deep knowledge of large, complex system implementation and software development. As the operational and training lead in CapTech's Agile Service Offering, Susan is a founder of the agile community of practice and training program and serves as a thought leader for their agile practitioner community. In addition to an MBA in finance and marketing, Ms. Bullock is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Scrum Master (CSM), and Project Management Professional (PMP).

More about Ben Nelson: Ben Nelson (CSM, SA, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF) is an agile coach with more than 10 years of experience working with high-performing teams. Ben has been an agile project manager, developer, and Scrum Master. He has worked for Fortune 500 companies in the federal government contracting space. Ben is a leader at CapTech as an agile coach and data architect. He is a passionate agile evangelist and a thought leader in applying agile principles across all parts of an organization.
