CapTecher Hunter Willett to speak at annual Path to Agility Conference

CapTecher Hunter Willett will speak at the Path to Agility Conference held in Columbus on May 23-24. This conference was developed to further the Central Ohio Agile Association's (COHAA) mission to promote the use of agile practices and principles. This conference engages national and regional agile thought leaders to provide content focused on a mix of business, technical, and management topics.

Hunter's presentation is titled "Don't Turn Agile Into a Four-Letter Word." During his presentation, Hunter will discuss the factors that cause Agile Transformations to fail at the leadership, organizational, and team levels while providing some solutions to avoid or mitigate these issues. He will share his experiences working across multiple organizations on how to return the teams back to the fundamentals to solve issues they are experiencing.
