CapTech Will Be Presenting at the PMI Ballantyne Community Meeting
CapTecher Nicole Kalencki will be presenting at the PMI Ballantyne Community Meeting on August 2nd, 2016 at 6:00 PM.
Nicole is a senior level consultant and an experienced Agile Project Manager / Business Analyst with proficiency in strategizing and implementing enterprise and global business solutions. During her career, she has leveraged agile mythologies, leading transitions from waterfall to agile by recommending resource structures and an iterative approach to business objectives. She has partnered with several business representatives at all levels and IT teams to assess, initiate, and refine appropriate solutions and build agile plans for a variety of industries such as food safety, finances, telecommunications.
Nicole will speak to local project managers about the shift of moving from a project plan to a roadmap.

Each project has a current state and a future state. Determining the best way to iterate to the future state can be a daunting first step, this session is intended to provide insight and tips on how to identify those first few iterations and where to take them next.
