CapTech to Host Workday Richmond User Group

The Workday Richmond User Group which includes CapTech is a collection of companies within the Greater Richmond area who meet twice a year to share knowledge, best practices, and hear from Workday representatives regarding upcoming or new features. Workday promotes a sense of community and has a philosophy of the "Power of 1." The phrase means that all companies working together to promote ideas, suggestions, etc. can not only make their own instance of Workday better, but can also elevate the entire platform. At CapTech, being engaged in this group is an opportunity for us to build our network of fellow Workday customers.

CapTech will be the host for the 3^rd meeting of the group, previous hosts were Capital One and CarMax. Kirk Stepp, CapTech Senior Manager, says, "We are very excited to show off our beautiful workspace in Capstone and give attendees a glimpse into the culture that makes CapTech such a great place to work."

At the meeting, CapTech Principal Joanna Bergeron will be providing an executive-level summary of why CapTech chose Workday and how it transformed our business. William Gibson and Kirk Stepp will also be presenting on Workday dashboards and custom reports that they have created. Our presentation will show how the use of dashboards has transformed how various employee roles/profiles can access information and perform their roles for CapTech.
