CapTech
Blue Ocean Shift with Renee Mauborgne

On April 6, 2018, CapTech will be title sponsor of the Blue Ocean Shift hosted by the Arts + Business Council of Greater Philadelphia. Continuing their Defining Innovation Global Speaker Spring 2018 Series, this speaking event will feature the work of Reneè Mauborgne – professor and co-author of Blue Ocean Strategy and co-director of the INSEAD Blue Ocean Strategy Institute in Fontainebleau, France. Blue Ocean Shift is the definitive guide to the human side of innovation strategy. Mauborgne's approach to "Nondisruptive Creation" shows how anyone in any organization can be creative and make a Blue Ocean Shift with the book's systematic five-step process.

The event will take place at the Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia and will begin at 8:30 am. After Mauborgne's key note speech, CapTech Innovation Lead Rick Ainsworth is hosting a panel that will discuss innovation.

Ainsworth says, "Innovation means different things to different people. At CapTech, we believe innovation is a system to identify, develop, and predictably introduce change that is meaningful to advance our client's strategic objectives. We wrap that system in a really strong change management program to ensure the highest probability for success. For 20 years, we have partnered with our clients to pioneer solutions that bridge the gap between business and technology. We are proud to partner with the Arts + Business Council, and other local leaders in the innovation space, to learn and share best practices."
