This December 2nd, Philadelphia area college students will gather at Temple University for this year's Local Hack Day. This event is a 12-hour hackathon that brings together the local hacker community to celebrate building awesome technology. CapTech Philly is a gold sponsor and has a booth at the event this year. Additionally, we'll provide mentorship and support to the participants throughout the event, and hope to maybe find some prospective future college hires. CapTecher Owen Farrell will also be sharing his expertise by giving a tech talk at the event.
