CapTech Experts to Lead Technical Symposiums at Project Summit Business Analyst World in Chicago

CapTech employees Jack Cox and Jason Snook will share their technical expertise as symposium speakers at the renowned ProjectSummit* BusinessAnalystWorld (PS*BAW) event held from November 12 – 15, 2018 at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare in Chicago.

PS*BAW events offer sought-after educational opportunities for business analysts and project managers on key multi-industry trends and tools. Attendees learn new skills, tools, and techniques that can be immediately applied in their workplace. The conferences also provide great opportunities to engage with peers and experts in various fields.

Jack Cox, a CapTech Fellow, will lead two sessions at the event under the Technology, Tools & Innovation symposium track:

  • November 12, 10:00 am to 11:00 am: 10 Questions to Ask Yourself about IoT Projects. This discussion will cover the 10 questions that any Analyst or Business Architect, should be asking about an IoT implementation.
  • November 12, 1:15 pm – 2:15 pm: Introduction to Machine Learning. Jack will provide attendees with knowledge about the different types of Machine Learning, how the different areas can apply to traditional businesses, and lessons learned on how to succeed with a Machine Learning project.

Jason Snook, PhD, Managing Director, Customer Experience, Cap Tech will lead the following session under the Technology, Tools, and Innovation symposium track:

  • November 13, 10:00 am – 11:00: Designing for Turing: Voice, AI, and the future of CX. Audience members will receive a thought-provoking overview of current industry trends around voice-enabled technology and artificial intelligence.

"These technologies ─ machine learning and IoT ─ are infusing themselves into organizations," said Cox. "Analysts need to understand their impact on projects. I'm looking forward to discussing these topics with the always engaged crowd at PS*BAW in Chicago."
