CapTech Columbus Food Fight Raises $3,250 for the Mid-Ohio Food Bank
Competing in the inaugural CapTech National Food Fight, the Columbus office of CapTech raised $3,250 for the Mid-Ohio Food Bank. This equates to $32,500 worth of groceries to hungry neighbors. The CapTech Food Fight is a friendly competition among the consulting firm's eight office locations.
CapTech's National Food Fight raised over $40,000 for local food banks across the country this year. CapTech Columbus competed against other offices to raise the most funds per capita for local food banks. The Columbus office was winner of the 1st CapTech National Food Fight, raising an impressive average of $250 per person. The Food Fight started as a local competition in 2013 at the company's headquarters in Richmond, VA and was expanded company-wide this year with enthusiasm and excitement.
"We were blown away by the generous spirit of our team," said Office Lead Rick Ainsworth. "It was exciting and inspiring to watch everyone's commitment to community and the fight against hunger."
