For the second year in a row, CapTech is pleased to announce that it has been recognized with a "Wonderful Workplace for Young Professionals Award" given by the Columbus Young Professionals Club (CYP Club) and the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO).
Since 2013, the CYP Club has recognized Wonderful Workplaces for Young Professionals in and around Columbus. With the help of their members and various Columbus networks, area workplaces are nominated in categories of Coolness (Attraction), Stickiness (Retention), Community Impact, and Growth Opportunities. CapTech was selected for its ongoing engagement and support of Columbus' young professionals.
"CapTech is honored again to receive this award from the Columbus Young Professionals Club," says CapTech Columbus Office Lead, John Reed. "Our company is committed to supporting and developing young talent with both training and growth opportunities. This consecutive award is a wonderful acknowledgement of our continued efforts."
In July of this year, CapTech expanded its operations in Columbus to a new, larger office space next to the Columbus Commons. CapTech plans to triple its Columbus workforce with 50 new technology, design, and management consulting jobs over the next two years.
The 2018 Wonderful Workplaces for Young Professionals award will be presented at CYP Club's Year-End Celebration in front of hundreds of young professionals and community leaders. The event will be on Thursday, December 6 at The Westin Great Southern Columbus.
