CapTech

On Thursday, May 17, Joanna Bergeron, CapTech's Chief Talent Officer chaired the 2018 Greater Richmond Hall of Fame event sponsored by Junior Achievement of Central Virginia.

Junior Achievement's purpose is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. Each year, the Greater Richmond Business Hall of Fame event honors the professional accomplishments of visionary business leaders who have experienced business success and have established a legacy of leadership within their industries and the community.

"At CapTech, mentoring others is a founding pillar of who we are – both in the office and in the community," said Bergeron in her speech at the event. "We understand the value in building up those around you and coaching others to grow. And that's exactly the work that Junior Achievement of Virginia is doing, the type of work that benefits us all."

This year's honorees included Alan Lingerfelt, Chairman and CEO of Lingerfelt CommonWealth Partners, Dalal Maria Salomon, CEO and founding partner of Salomon & Ludwin LLC, and Matthew G. Thompson the retired chairman of Thompson, Siegel, and Walmsley.
