Tom Krieger

Tom is the embodiment of CapTech’s “Flexibility” core value. He’s energized by trying new things, learning new things, and doing a lot of different things all at the same time, which serves him well as our Richmond market lead.

Heavily involved in account management himself, Tom also devotes time to a major account and supports our Financial Services and Insurance portfolio.

Tom is dedicated to seeing us live our core values and is proud that CapTech does not accept short-term sacrifices at the expense of our clients’ long-term success. He considers himself lucky to have had an amazing mentor early in his career, and now, embraces the role of trusted advisor and servant leader (also CapTech values) to enthusiastically help our clients and colleagues move forward. It’s his hope that when he one day hangs up his spurs, many CapTechers will say, “Tom helped me be successful.”
