By nature collaborative and inquisitive, Jason takes pride in helping CapTech clients use technology to drive, transform, and accelerate their businesses. He focuses on the architecture space, largely with cloud architecture, which as Jason sees it, is “the ultimate obstacle remover.” Empowered by the cloud, developers can work more quickly and efficiently, reducing time to market, which gives our clients a competitive edge.
A driven and optimistic leader with 20+ years in the industry, Jason believes that “the people” are what differentiates CapTech from other consultancies and employers. He points to our core values, noting how we embody them in our culture.

Did You Know? /
Growing up, Jason learned the craft of carpentry from his father and grandfather. Now, hardly a weekend goes by at the Finns’ home that doesn’t involve sawdust. While Jason has done some home improvement projects, he applies most of his carpentry talents to building furniture in the shop he’s built up over the years.
